Welcome to my website. Seeking support
for challenges in your life is a courageous act. We are often given messages that self-reliance is the ultimate
goal, but I am of the belief that being human lies in our relationships with others. As you'll read on my Services
page, my theraputic techniques are based on a relationship perspective: our relationships with family of origin, partners,
children, friends, co-workers...to society and nature at large. This also is true for the therapeutic relationship.
A positive therapeutic experience begins with the relationship between client and therapist. Please read
through my website to get a sense of how you respond. If you feel I may be someone you could trust with your stories
my hope is to hear from you soon.
While our interactions with others tend to be our major focus--in good times
and bad--the relationship we each have with ourselves is most influential in how we live our lives. My goal is for each
client to gain deeper self-understanding.
Awareness and a desire for change is all that's needed.
